Zoom G2Nu And G2.1Nu Guitar Pedals Offer USB Recording

Guitar fans out there who are embracing the digital revolution will certainly be glad to hear that Zoom has introduced the G2Nu and the G2.1Nu guitar effects pedals, both that feature 100 preset guitar sounds, 20 of which have been approved by Steve Vai himself. The main difference between the two pedals would be the inclusion of a built-in expression pedal on the G2.1Nu. AT&T 3G LaptopConnect devices now on sale

AT&T will be selling a couple of 3G LaptopConnect devices in the form of the AT&T USBConnect Turbo and AT&T USBConnect Velocity from March 7 onwwards. The latter is touted to be the first GPS-enabled LaptopConnect device from AT&T with a microSD memory card slot, where it will work in tandem with a free software application. Using the help of the Option GPS Control Panel, alongside location-enabled sites such as Yahoo! Maps and Bing, directions and local points of interest are a snap to read about. Asus OPlay Air HD2 Unveiled At CeBIT 2010

If you’ve been eagerly awaiting Apple’s iPad, you might be a little disappointed with all the rumors going around that Apple will not be able to meet the demand, and supply is short etc. That being said, Asus has come up with an updated version of the O! Play HD2, which will feature a built-in HDMI port, USB port, eSata port, not to mention 3 slots for memory cards. Specifications are scarce at the moment, considering that is able to play networked media, as well as Full HD 1080p video playback, it’ll certainly be popular amongst TV junkies. i-tab electronic songbook

Not too sure what took so long for an electronic songbook to be invented despite having the proper technology to do so after all this while - we’re talking about the i-tab which comes with a 5″ touchscreen display which is capable of displaying and scrolling through chords and lyrics in perfect synchronization as you play, functioning as a sort of musical teleprompter for guitar players. X-Tube: Hanwa’s USB dongle makes PCs DTS-compatible

Vacuum tubes are usually used in tube or valve amplifiers (electronic amplifiers) to boost the power of a signal. The technology has been around for decades, and vacuum tubes seem to be pretty enough for Hanwa Japan to announce [JP] the X-Tube today, a USB dongle that looks like one of those tubes and allows you to upgrade your computer with DTS sound. Also dubbed AS301DTS, the dongle glows in blue when in use (see above). You’ll need two more things to enjoy DTS sound on your computer: “DTS Headphone Deck” (a piece of software) and DTS-compatible headphones (AH-516), but Hanwa throws in both items when you buy the dongle.
